After intense study on an existing small and compact
restaurant and detailed research on existing skywalks across the world, conceptualization
for ‘Frankie says relax’ began to take shape. ‘Frankie says relax’ is a Frankie
fast food joint atop a skywalk. The concept for the structure that forms the
entire restaurant came from the aluminium foil that a Frankie is generally
wrapped in. The skywalk on which the eatery would be constructed is connected
to one of the railway bridges in Mumbai; thus attracting people on the go in
large numbers.
‘Frankie says relax’ other than offering people quick food
and a place to relax and a momentary get away from the bustle of the city would
also provide a view of the neighbourhood skyline and a different experience
altogether.
